These terms apply to use of this website and to quotes and orders placed with Vertex Art Consulting LLC, a limited liability company located at 114480 S 4294 RD, Porum, OK 74455.

Quotes and orders

• Submitting the cart or a quote form is a request, not a completed contract. An order is accepted only when we send a written confirmation.
• Prices shown on this website are for the profiles, species and finishes described and may change. Freight amounts shown at checkout are estimates until we confirm them for your delivery ZIP.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. Material market changes may require requoting after that period.
• Minimum order quantities noted on each product apply.

Payment

Online card payment is not currently enabled on this website. We do not request or store card numbers here. Payment terms are set out on your order confirmation or invoice. Production of custom orders begins after the agreed deposit or payment is received.

Products and tolerances

Wood is a natural material. Colour, grain and character marks vary between pieces and between runs, and photographs on this website are representative rather than exact. Dimensional tolerances are published on our Quality & Materials page and form part of these terms.

Lead times and delivery

Lead times quoted are estimates based on current shop load and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, material shortages or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier for freight and parcel shipments.

Inspection and claims

Inspect your shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork. Report shortages, damage or profile discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery so we can investigate. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the process.

Claims we do not make

We do not claim any third-party certification, grading body membership, environmental standard, fire rating or regulatory approval unless it is stated in writing for your specific order. Do not rely on assumptions about compliance; ask us and we will tell you what we can document.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for labour, installation, finishing costs or other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

Content on this website, including product photography, text and profile descriptions, belongs to Vertex Art Consulting LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We work to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
