Cancellation Policy

Before production starts

Orders can be cancelled or changed at no charge any time before machining begins. Tell us as early as you can — a quick call is faster than email if your order was placed recently.

After production starts

• Catalog profiles: if the run has started, you are responsible for the material already machined. Anything not yet cut is cancelled at no charge.
• Custom profiles: once a knife has been ground or stock has been machined for your profile, those costs are non-refundable. We will tell you exactly what has been incurred before applying any charge.
• Finished goods: orders that have been sanded and finished cannot be cancelled, as they cannot be resold.

After shipping

Once an order has left our shop, cancellation is handled as a return under our Returns & Refund Policy. If a shipment can be intercepted, any carrier charges are passed on at cost.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if material is unavailable, if a profile cannot be produced to the specification requested, or if pricing on the order was clearly in error. We will explain the reason before cancelling.
