Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders ship from our shop at 114480 S 4294 RD, Porum, OK 74455. We currently ship within the continental United States.

Options

• Shop pickup: available by appointment during office hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CT)) so someone is on hand to load. No shipping charge.
• LTL freight: the standard method for full lengths. Delivered curbside on a pallet or bundle. Someone must be available to receive and unload the shipment.
• Parcel: only available for short pieces, sets and samples that fit carrier length limits.

Charges

Freight amounts shown at checkout are estimates. We confirm the actual amount for your delivery ZIP, access and length requirements on your order confirmation before payment is arranged. If the confirmed freight is higher than the estimate, you may adjust or cancel the order at no charge.

Lead times

Production time depends on profile, species, finish and shop load; the lead time for your order is stated on the confirmation. Transit time is additional and set by the carrier. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

Receiving your shipment

• Count the bundles and pieces against the packing list before signing.
• Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery.
• Report shortages, damage or discrepancies to us within 5 business days so we can file with the carrier and arrange a remake or credit.
• Let trim acclimate in the installation space before finishing or installing it, particularly in new construction.

Undeliverable shipments

If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, redelivery and storage charges from the carrier are passed on at cost.
